    2. Program led by over twenty faculty with laboratory and computing facilities

  4. IP Arrangement
    IP Membership Agreement (Adobe PDF)
    1. Results of shared research and curriculum projects available to all
    2. Royalty free non-exclusive IP rights on shared research and curriculum projects
    3. Proprietary research projects with exclusive IP under preset licensing agreements
  5. Industry Advisory Board (IAB)
    1. Provides guidance on short and long term needs of the members
    2. Recommends research and curriculum initiatives
    3. Evaluates research and curriculum projects and selects them for funding
  6. Membership Fees
    1. Base membership of $50K per year
  7. Project proposals
    1. 1 or 2 year research proposals, 1 year curriculum projects
    2. White papers submitted by faculty
    3. Full proposals invited for selected white papers
    4. Industry representatives as co-PI on all projects
